A parent runs the family's account. The coach helps, but it isn't a teacher, a doctor or a counselor. Use it kindly, and you can leave and delete everything at any time.
Who can use it
An adult (18 or older) sets up the family and adds each kid. That parent is responsible for the family's account, for keeping sign-ins and PINs private, and for the information they add.
What the coach is, and isn't
Each kid's coach is an AI. It turns school information into small steps, gives hints and cheers kids on. It can make mistakes: it may miss an assignment in an email or read a date wrong, so the school's own portal and your teachers remain the final word. The coach isn't a teacher, tutor, doctor or counselor, and nothing it says is medical, psychological or educational advice. We can't promise any particular grade or result.
Using it well
- Add only information about your own family.
- Don't use the app to bother, harm or trick anyone, or try to get into another family's information.
- Fan Club members are people you invite. You can remove them, and hold any cheer for your OK.
Plans and payment
The prices on our site are monthly, for the whole family. Paid plans aren't open yet. Early-access families will see the full terms for payment and cancelling before they're ever charged.
Your information
Your family's information is yours. Our privacy page says what we keep, for how long, and who helps us run the app. Delete everything in Setup removes it all.
Changes and stopping
We'll keep improving the app, and features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email first. You can stop any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.
